Another company added to ‘Z’ category

Another company listed on the stock market has been added to the ‘Z’ category. This information has been revealed by the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

The company is Confidence Cement.

It has been learned that the company has been transfered from ‘A’ to ‘Z’ category due to non-distribution of approved dividends to investors within the stipulated time frame.

Due to the transfer to the ‘Z’ category, stock brokers and merchant bankers have been requested to stop distributing loans to invest in the company until December 26.

The company’s transactions will start in the ‘Z’ category from today, December 4.
