Announcement of transfer of 1 crore 72 lakh shares of Yakin Polymer

The announcement of the transfer of about one and a half crore shares of Yakin Polymer Limited, a company listed in the capital market, has come. 4 entrepreneurs, 2 directors, 1 corporate entrepreneur, and 1 corporate director of the company announced the transfer of 1 crore 72 lakh 46 thousand 559 shares of the company.

It is known that the founders of the company, Julia Parveen, Maliha Parveen, and Kazi Emdadul Haque will hand over a total of 32 lakh 29 thousand 790 shares of the company to Mohammad Harunor Rashid as a gift.

And another entrepreneur SK. Jamil Hossain will transfer 14 lakh 75 thousand 481 shares to Didarul Alam.

Also, the company’s director Kazi Anwarul Haque, and corporate director Yakin Agro Products Limited will hand over 55 lakh 46 thousand 147 shares of Yakin Polymer to Chakladar Rejuanul Alam.

On the other hand, the company’s corporate entrepreneur Satkhira Feed Industries Limited and director S. M. Akhtar Kabir will transfer 69 lakh 95 thousand 141 shares held by them to Capita Packaging Solutions Limited.

The said shares will be transferred outside the trading system of DSE by July 15. As per the approval of the regulatory body Bangladesh Securities and Commission (BSEC), these shares will be transferred as gifts outside the transaction.
