Amara Technology downgraded category from A to B

The category of Amara Technologies Limited, listed on the capital market, has been downgraded. This change in the category of the company’s shares was made based on the dividend declared for the financial year ended June 30, 2024.

This information was revealed by Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

According to the source, the company paid a cash dividend of 01 percent to investors in the financial year ended June 30, 2024. As a result, the company has been transferred from ‘A’ category to ‘B’ category.
