Listed company Amara Network Limited has decided to sell the land. This information is known from Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) sources.
According to sources, the board of directors of the company will sell 98.30 decimels of land. The price of which has been fixed at 22 crores.
It is known that the location of this land is in Plot-40 of East Nasirabad, Panchlaish, Chittagong.
The sale of this land will be completed after the approval of the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
