All indicators are down and the transaction is not satisfying.

All price indices of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) ended lower on the second working day of the week. However, compared to the previous working day, the amount of transactions in taka has increased.

According to sources, on Tuesday (August 27), the main index of DSE, DSEX, is down 14.80 points at 5,685 points.

Among other indices, DSES or Shariah index has decreased by 3.90 points to 1 thousand 217 points. And DS30 index decreased by 0.56 points to 2 thousand 87 points.

Shares and units worth Tk 750 crore 24 lakh 04 thousand were traded in DSE on this day. 558 crore 03 lakh 29 thousand taka was traded on the previous working day.

A total of 395 shares of companies were traded on DSE today. Among them, the price increased for 131, the price decreased for 231 and the price remained unchanged for 33 companies.
