The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Al-Arafah Islami Bank will be held virtually on Thursday August 14, 2025. The date was finalized at the 427th meeting of the Board of Directors, held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Chairman of the Board of Directors Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting. The meeting set the record date for the AGM on June 29, 2025. Directors of the Bank Md. Shahin Ul Islam, Md. Abdul Wadud, Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA, Managing Director (Current Charge) Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan, Company Secretary (acting) Mohammad Moniruzzaman FCA and Senior Executives of the Bank were present at the meeting.
