Al Arafah Islami Bank received PCI DSS Certification Award

Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC has received the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Certification. This certification ensures the effectiveness, efficiency, confidentiality and integrity of payment card business operations. The certificate was handed over to Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Farman R. Chowdhury by Certifying Authority Control Case President Suresh Dadlani. This certification entails that the organization has met all requirements with strong confidence regarding payment card security.

Additional Managing Director of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan, Deputy Managing Directors of the Bank Muhammed Nadim FCA, Md. Abdullah Al-Mamun, Md. Fazlur Rahman Chowdhury, Md. Asaduzzaman Bhuiyan, Md. Aminul Islam Bhuiyan, S. M. Abu Jafar and senior executives were present on the ceremony.

PCI DSS is a payment card security standard for organizations that handle branded cards from the major card schemes. The PCI Standard is mandated by the card brands, including Mastercard and VISA, and administered by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC).
