A day-long Town Hall Meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank’s Khulna and Barishal Zone was held separately at Grand Khulna, Sonadanga, Khulna City. Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan inaugurated the Town Hall Meeting as the Chief Guest on Friday, 19 June 2026. Deputy Managing Directors Md. Fazlur Rahman Chowdhury, Md. Asaduzzaman Bhuiyan, Md. Aminul Islam Bhuiyan, CBO (CC) Mohammed Hossain, S.M Abu Jafar and Sayed Abul Hashem FCA, FAMA were present on the occasion.

Among others, Senior Executive Vice President Engr. Md. Habibullah, Touhiduzzaman Fuad, Abdul Wadud, Executive Vice President Jalal Ahmed, Md. Majiber Rahman, Senior Vice President Mohammad Amir Hossain, Head of Branch Banking Mohammad Mahfujul Islam, Solaiman Al-Razi, Vice President Kazi Md. Sadik and top executives of the head office were present on the occasion. The Town Hall Meeting was organized by Khulna Regional Head and Senior Executive Vice President Md. Nazim Uddin. Managers and officers from 25 branches and 11 sub-branches under the Khulna Zone participated in the meeting.

On 20 June, saturday, a Town Hall Meeting was held for the Barishal Region, where managers and officials from 17 branches and 15 sub-branches of the region participated.

In his address as the Chief Guest, Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan said, “All of us associated with this institution are members of one family. This Town Hall Meeting serves as an important platform for strengthening our mutual connection, reviewing our progress, and determining our future course of action. Embracing the slogan ‘One Team, One Goal,’ we must work together in unity and perform our respective responsibilities with dedication to achieve the Bank’s continued growth and success.”

He also said, “We want each of our branches to increase the quality of services through Shariah-based banking and capitalize on the trust of the customers. It will be possible to build a sustainable and modern Islamic Bank only by working together with the opinions of all.”
