Al-Arafah Islami Bank held a discussion meeting

Al-Arafah Islami Bank and representatives of Hajj Agencies (Hub) in Chittagong held a ‘Hajj Management Discussion Meeting’. Managing Director (Current Charges) of the Bank Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan was present as the chief guest at the event organized at a hotel in Chattogram on Saturday, October 4, 2025. The meeting was presided over by Deputy Managing Director Md. Fazlur Rahman Chowdhury.

The event was attended by President of Chittagong Zone Hub Alhaj Shariat Ullah Shahid, Secretary Alhaj Mohammad Abdul Malek, Former President of Chittagong Zone Hub Alhaj Abul Kashem, Former Secretary Alhaj Azharul Islam and owners of various Hajj agencies.

Senior Executive Vice President of the Bank Eng. Md. Habib Ullah, Aktar Kamal, Soyeb Islam Chowdhury, Senior executives and managers of various branches in Chattogram were present at the event.

In the speech of the chief guest, Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan said, “Al-Arafah Islami Bank has been giving top priority to the welfare of Hajj pilgrims since its inception. For the convenience of Hajj pilgrims, dedicated Hajj desks, Hajj deposit schemes, special Hajj cards, camp booth services and various gift items are provided in each branch. We consider Hajj service as not just a banking activity but as a sacred deposit and religious duty and with utmost honesty, sincerity and Committed to ensuring modern, fast and quality services through technology driven management.”
