Al-Arafah Islami Bank Awards Remittance Campaign Winners

Al-Arafah Islami Bank organized a prize-giving ceremony under its Eid-ul-Azha Remittance Campaign 2025 to encourage remittance inflow through legal channels and to honor expatriate clients. The ceremony was held on Wednesday, July 2, at the bank’s head office in Dhaka. Managing Director (Current Charge) of the Bank Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan attended the event as the chief guest and handed over awards to three clients and three Bank officials.

Congratulating the awardees Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan said, “Al-Arafah Islami Bank has always placed high importance on the contributions of expatriates to the national economy. Our expatriate brothers and sisters are the driving force behind our economy. Their remittances not only strengthen our foreign currency reserves but also play a significant role in the overall development of the country. We believe that such initiatives will further encourage expatriates to send remittance through official channels.”

Award recipients are Md. Abdullah from Nabinagar Branch, Amena Akter Sultana from Feni Branch, Md. Masukur Rahman from Jatrabari Branch, Md. Fayzul Islam Khan from Bulla Bazar Agent Outlet, Md. Kayser Khan, Manager of Ambarkhana Branch and Md. Ashraful Alam from Noapara Bazar Agent Outlet.

Among others Deputy Managing Directors Md. Abdullah Al Mamun, Md. Fazlur Rahman Chowdhury, Senior Executive Vice President Aktar Kamal, Md. Monjurul Alam, Executive Vice Presidents Jalal Ahmed, Mir Mohammad Hasanul Zahed, Vice President Mr. Mohammad Momtazul Hoque along with other senior executives were present at the event.
