The source claims that the meeting would evaluate the audited financial report for the fiscal year that concluded on December 31, 2024. The meeting will decide on a dividend for stockholders for the fiscal year that concluded on December 31, 2025.
The same meeting will also discuss the unaudited financial report for the first quarter, which runs from January 25 to March 25 and ends on March 31, 2025. The business will publish the report if the board gives its approval.
