Agreement for Fee Collection on NCC Bank’s Digital Platform

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed among NCC Bank, Dr. Mahmud Hasan Academy in Chattogram, and fintech company “The World” to collect students’ tuition fees through a digital platform. Through this agreement, signed recently in Chattogram, NCC Bank will collect all fees, including tuition fees for the academy, on a fully digital platform, with technical support provided by The World.

Shamsul Arefin, Managing Director of NCC Bank; Akhtaruddin Mahmud Parvez, Chairman of Managing Committee of Dr. Mahmud Hasan Academy (DMHA) and Anis Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The World; exchange the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. The signing ceremony was attended by – M. Khurshed Alam, Additional Managing Director; Ali Tarek Parvez, EVP & Head of Chattogram Region; Shahin Akter Nuha, Head of Transaction Banking & Cash Management Department; Kazi Shahidul Islam, Head of Business and Branch of Nasirabad Branch, Chattogram; other Heads of Business & Branch from various branches; and other senior officials from the three organizations.

Shamsul Arefin, Managing Director of NCC Bank, said, “Under this system, students will be able to pay fees and access banking services anytime, anywhere through NCC Bank’s app. This will enhance the administrative efficiency of the institution and contribute to the advancement of modern banking. Furthermore, this initiative will help expand ‘financial inclusion’ and serve as a model for digital transformation for other educational institutions.”
