The 940th meeting of the board of directors of Agrani Bank PLC was held under the chairmanship of Syed Abu Naser Bakhtiar Ahmed. The meeting took place on October 1, 2024, at 3 PM in the boardroom of the bank’s headquarters. At the beginning of the meeting, floral greetings were presented to Syed Abu Naser Bakhtiar Ahmed, as it was the first board meeting he presided over.
Present at the meeting were board directors Nafiuul Hasan, Khondkar Fazle Rashid, and Mohammad Masud Rana Chowdhury, along with the bank’s acting CEO Wahida Begum, Deputy Managing Directors Tahmina Akhtar, Kazi Abdur Rahman, and Mohammad Abul Bashar.
