B Mirror Report: Mohammad Abdur Raqib has been appointed as the Director General of the Central Intelligence Cell (CIC) of the National Board of Revenue (NBR). He had been serving as the Tax Commissioner of the Income Tax Intelligence and Investigation Unit of the NBR.
The information was disclosed in an NBR notification issued on Tuesday (February 24).
According to the order, signed by the Second Secretary of the tax administration, Dr. Lutfunnahar Begum, Commissioner of Tax Zone-19, has been appointed as the Commissioner of the Income Tax Intelligence and Investigation Unit.
Meanwhile, Mosammat Sahena Akter, Commissioner of the e-Tax Management Unit, has been posted as the new Commissioner of Tax Zone-19.
