AB Bank PLC. recently handed over a cheque of Tk. 50,000 to the family member of a “Shampurna” account holder of AB Bank. This is under life insurance coverage provided by GD Assist Limited – a subsidiary of Green Delta Insurance.

“Shampurna” is a specialized savings account for women, offering attractive interest rate along with complimentary life insurance. The product has free insurance coverage against natural and accidental death.

AB Bank’s Acting Managing Director Syed Mizanur Rahman, Additional Managing Director Reazul Islam, and GD Assist Limited’s Managing Director Syed Moinuddin Ahmed were present in the cheque handover ceremony along with senior officials from both organizations.
