Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB), Dhaka chief region conducted a views exchange meeting with customers entitled “Banker-Customer Relations & Customer Service Development” on Wednesday at the premises of Nawabganj Branch in Dhaka. 

The Chairman of the Board of Directors Nasiruzzaman was present in the meeting as chief guest. The Managing Director of the bank Shawkat Ali Khan was present as special guest, reads a press release. 

The chief guest  emphasized on developing relations and being more sincere in rendering the best customer service through effective communication to ensure the getting of loans for the marginal farmers. 

In the speech of special guest, the Managing Director noted Bangladesh Krishi Bank is playing a vital role for the development of agriculture by ensuring the best customer service through all types of modern banking services. 

The Deputy Managing Director Khan Iqubal Hossain and UNO of Nawabganj Kamrul Hasan Sohel were present in the event as special guests. The General Manager of Dhaka Division Ashrafuzzaman Khan and the Upazill Agriculture Officer Asma Jahan were present as honorable guests while Zahid Hossen, the Chief Regional Manager of Dhaka presided over the meeting. 

Customers of different professions, local elites including concerned officials of the bank were also present on the occasion.
