Al-Arafah Islami Bank (AIB) PLC. has opened 218th branch at Bandarban on Sunday. 

Managing Director and CEO of the Bank Farman R. Chowdhury inaugurated the new Branch as Chief Guest, reads a press release.

Deputy Managing Director of the Bank Shabbir Ahmed, Senior Executive Vice President Engr. Habib Ullah, Regional Council Member and President of Bandarban Bazar Sahi Mosque Shafikur Rahman, Bandarban Sadar Upazila Chairman A K M Jahangir, General Secretary of Bandarban Bazar Sahi Mosque spoke at the branch opening ceremony.

Chattogram Zonal Head and Senior Executive Vice President Mohammad Azam presided over the ceremony. 

Executive Vice President and Head of PRD Jalal Ahmed conducted the ceremony. A large number of local people and well-wishers were present in the inauguration ceremony. Bandarban Branch Manager Md. Mainuddin thanked the audience.
