Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) led by its Chairman of the Board of Directors Nasir Uzzaman and the Managing Director Shawkat Ali Khan paid homage at the Central Shaheed Minar on Wednesday marking Martyrs’ Day and International Mother Language Day.
Earlier, the national flag was raised and then lowered to half-mast accompanied by the symbolic uplifting of a black flag within the bank’s premises.
As a tribute to the language martyrs, a doa mahfil was also conducted seeking solace for their departed souls.
The event witnessed the presence of the Deputy Managing Directors Chanu Gopal Ghosh, Khan Iqbal Hossain, Salma Banu along with all the General Managers & Deputy General Managers of head office joined by other officials and leaders of CBA & other organizations associated with the bank.
