Under the auspices of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, and managed by the Fine Arts Department in collaboration with the Photojournalists Association, a photo exhibition and award ceremony titled ‘Ruposibangla’ will be organized at the National Art Gallery Auditorium on Thursday.

Hasan Mahmud MP, the Minister of Information and Broadcasting of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, will be the chief guest at the event. Abu Ahmed Mannafi, President of Dhaka Metropolitan (South) Awami League, and Indrajit Kumar Ghosh, President of Bangladesh Photojournalist Association, will be present as special guests.

Liaquat Ali Lucky, Director-General of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Salahuddin Ahmed, Secretary of the Academy, and Kazi Borhan Uddin, General Secretary of Bangladesh Photojournalists Association, will also be present at the event.
