The 256th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held recently at the corporate head office of the bank by maintaining proper hygiene and social distance. The meeting was presided over by Ekramul Hoque, the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee of the Bank.
Among others, the Director of the Bank and Member of the Committee Abdul Halim and Moshiur Rahman Chamak were present in the meeting, and the Independent Director of the Bank and Member of the Committee Nasir Uddin Ahmed participated in the meeting through the digital platform. The company secretary of the bank, Abul Bashar, was also present in the meeting.
