BM Report:
The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) is now unable to verify the authenticity of audited financial statements of different companies and organizations through a system operated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).
Two organizations signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on accessing the “Documents Verification System” on Tuesday at a ceremony held at the DSE Tower at Nikunja in the capital.
ICAB President Md. Moniruzzaman FCA and DSE Chief Regulatory Officer,Khairul Bashar Abu Taher Mohammed, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
ICAB Council Member Mohammed Forkan Uddin FCA, Chief Executive Officer Shubhashish Bose, and Senior Deputy Director (Head of IT) Mohammad Deloar Hossain were present on the occasion among senior officials of two organizations.
