Today, on the morning of 5 September 2026, the largest Rotary Club of Bangladesh, Rotary Club of Dhaka Fort conveyed its deepest condolences and profound respect to Professor Gulbahar Begum, MPHF, Club Director and Past President of the Club, and beloved wife of the late Rotarian Dr. M. Enamul Huq, MPHFa Charter Member and member of the Advisory Council of the Club and former Inspector General of Police.
