Al-Arafah Islami Bank inaugurated stall at the three-day Hajj & Umrah Fair 2026, organized by the Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB). Managing Director of the Bank Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan inaugurated the stall as the Chief Guest. The fair is being held at the China Friendship Conference Center in Dhaka on 30 July, 2026.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan said that one of the primary objectives behind the establishment of Al-Arafah Islami Bank was to provide modern, reliable, and Shariah-based banking services to prospective Hajj pilgrims. He added that, in line with this vision, the Bank has long been offering a wide range of banking services, advisory support, and attractive Shariah-compliant deposit and savings schemes for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. He also invited everyone to become part of the Shariah-based banking system and benefit from the Bank’s diverse financial services.
Among others Deputy Managing Director Md. Aminul Islam Bhuiyan, Senior Executive Vice President Md. Monjurul Alam, Executive Vice President Engr. Md. Habib Ullah, Executive Vice President Md. Zakir Hossain along with other senior executives of the Bank were present at the ceremony.
Throughout the three-day fair, the Bank’s stall is providing visitors with information and services related to Hajj and Umrah banking, Hajj Deposit Schemes, foreign exchange services, remittance facilities, card services, digital banking, and other financial solutions designed to meet the needs of Hajj pilgrims.
