128th meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Standard Islami Bank PLC. held on 23 May 2026 at the bank’s Boardroom, Head Office, Dhaka. Chairman of the committee Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq presided over the meeting. The meeting was attended by the members of the committee Gulzar Ahmed, S A MD Hossain and Golam Hafiz Ahmed. Md. Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC. & Director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank attended the meeting. Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Managing Director (Acting); Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary, Md. Syejuddin Ahmmed, Head of ICC Division and Md. Zahidul Hassan, Head of Audit were also present in the meeting.
