The 883rd board meeting of Janata Bank PLC was held on Tuesday, April 28. The meeting was chaired by the bank’s Board of Directors Chairman Muhammad Fazlur Rahman.
Directors Badre Munir Ferdous, Dr. Md. Abdur Sabur, Abdul Majid Sheikh, Dr. Md. Shahadat Hossain, Md. Ahsan Kabir, and Professor Dr. A.A. Mahbub Uddin Chowdhury attended the meeting.
Managing Director Md. Mujibor Rahman, along with Deputy Managing Directors Kazi Abdul Rahman and Md. Foyez Alam, were also present.
The meeting discussed various operational issues of the bank, with particular emphasis on the recovery of classified non-performing loans and other key banking activities.
