DSE sees 2% increase in weekly P/E ratio

B Mirror Report: The overall price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of the country’s main stock market, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), increased in the past week (February 22–26). During this period, the DSE’s P/E ratio rose by 2 percent.

According to the DSE’s weekly market review, the P/E ratio at the start of the week was 9.94 points, while by the end of the week it stood at 10.1 points. Thus, over the week, the DSE’s P/E ratio increased by 0.16 points, equivalent to a 2 percent rise.
