Panchbir Association Distributes Winter Clothes in Dapdapia

Jhalokathi Correspondent: To support the underprivileged during the winter season, the Panchbir Humanitarian Service Association organized a winter clothing distribution program in the Nalchiti and Dapdapia areas of Jhalokathi.

Under the recently held Winter Clothing Distribution Program 2026, approximately 100 poor and helpless people from five villages in Dapdapia received warm clothing. Recipients expressed relief and gratitude for the warm clothes amid the chilly winter.

The organization stated that the main objective of the program is to alleviate the suffering of disadvantaged members of society. The initiative was carried out collectively by the members to ensure that no one has to endure inhuman conditions during the cold season.

All members of the association participated voluntarily in the distribution activities. Local dignitaries praised the initiative and called for the continuation of such humanitarian programs in the future.

In a joint statement, the coordinator and member secretary of Panchbir Humanitarian Service Association said that this initiative is not a one-time effort, but a manifestation of love, responsibility, and humanitarian values. The organization will continue to stand by the helpless in the future.

They also expressed sincere gratitude to all members, well-wishers, and donors who supported the implementation of this humanitarian program.
