The land and buildings of Islamic Finance and Investment, listed on the stock market, have increased the company’s assets by nearly Tk 30 crore following a revaluation.
According to the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the company’s land and buildings were previously valued at Tk 27.68 crore in the financial statements. After the revaluation, their market value has risen to Tk 58.16 crore. This means the company’s assets increased by Tk 30.48 crore through the revaluation.
