Beacon Pharmaceuticals’ EPS Jumps 45% in First Quarter

Beacon Pharmaceuticals PLC, a publicly listed company, has reported strong earnings growth for the first quarter of the 2025–26 fiscal year, with its earnings per share (EPS) rising by 44.87% compared to the same period last year.

The unaudited financial statements for the July–September 2025 quarter were approved at a Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday (November 11), the company said in a disclosure.

According to the report, Beacon’s EPS stood at Tk 2.26 for the first quarter, up from Tk 1.56 during the same period a year earlier. However, the company’s operating cash flow per share fell to Tk 1.35, compared to Tk 2.96 in the corresponding quarter last year.

As of September 30, 2025, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 31.12.

Analysts noted that the strong rise in profit reflects Beacon’s growing operational efficiency and expansion in the domestic and export pharmaceutical markets.
