Listed company Mir Akhter Hossain Limited has declared a 10.5% cash dividend for its shareholders for the financial year ended June 30, 2025.

The decision was made at the company’s board meeting held on Sunday (October 26) after reviewing and approving the audited financial statements for the year, according to information from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

For the latest financial year, the company reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 1.72, compared to Tk 2.49 in the previous year.

As of June 30, 2025, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 51.51.

The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on December 22, with the record date set for November 16.
