A delegation from Centre for Agriculture & Bioscience International (CABI) visits Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) 15 October 2025.

The delegation led by CABI Bangladesh Country Representative Dr. Md. Saleh Ahmed arrived in front of the BARI headquarters and was welcomed by the scientists and Officers of the institute. Later, BARI Director General Dr. Md. Abdullah Yousuf Akhond gave a brief presentation on the activities and achievements of the institute at DG’s conference room. At this time, BARI Director (Research) Dr. Munshi Rashid Ahmad; Director (Support & Services) Dr. Ashraf Uddin Ahmed; Director (Horticulture Research Centre) Dr. Faruque Ahmed; Director (Tuber Crops Research Center) Dr. Md. Matiar Rahman; CABI representatives and Senior Scientists from various divisions/centers/section of BARI were present there also.

The delegation expressed their satisfaction by seeing the activities of advancement and achievements of BARI.
