Al-Arafah Islami Bank Holds Training Workshop on Investment Management

A 3-day training workshop on “Investment Management” at Al-Arafah Islami Bank has started at the bank’s training institute. Managing Director (Current Charge) of the Bank Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan inaugurated the training workshop on Tuesday, September 23 as the chief guest.

In his inaugural speech, Mr. Khan emphasized the importance of selecting quality investments, ensuring effective monitoring, and recovering overdue and defaulted investments. He said, “The reputation and goodwill of Al-Arafah Islami Bank are well recognized by the people of the country. To preserve this reputation, we must continue to provide specialized services for sustainable development. For this, officials must acquire experience through study and training and apply it in the workplace.

The training workshop was presided by the Principal of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Training Institute (AIBTI) Md. Abdur Rahim Duary. Senior Vice President Touhid Siddique and senior officials were also present at the workshop.

50 investment officers participated from various branches of the Bank in the workshop. The three-day training program is expected to enhance the professional skills of investment officers, strengthen risk management, improve customer service, and contribute to sustainable business expansion in line with Shariah principles.
