The case application details indicate that the Khatunganj branch of Pubali Bank holds Tk 1 crore 12 lakh in the company’s account, along with 2 flats measuring 5,000 square feet each in Dhaka and 3 plots of land from the 7th century.

The accused have petitioned the bank court, requesting that the court prevent the transfer of the concerned properties and bank accounts during the ongoing case, as they have not repaid the loan to the bank. The court granted the order based on the bank’s request.
