Inauguration of Traffic Fine Collection through Community Bank by KMP

On Monday, July 14, 2025, Khulna Metropolitan Police (KMP) officially inaugurated the traffic fine collection service through Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. To mark the occasion, a program was organized at Khulna Club.

Mr. Abu Rayhan Muhammad Saleh, Additional Commissioner of KMP, attended the event as the Chief Guest. An agreement was signed between Community Bank Bangladesh PLC and KMP during the ceremony. The agreement was signed by Mr. Abu Rayhan Muhammad Saleh, Additional Commissioner, KMP, and Mr. Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (Current Charge), Community Bank. Following the signing, the Chief Guest and other dignitaries formally inaugurated the “E-Traffic Prosecution and Fine Collection” system.

The event was attended by Mr. Mohammad Rashidul Islam Khan, BPM (Seba), PPM (Bar), Additional Commissioner, KMP; Mr. Shudarshan Kumar Ray, DC (Traffic), KMP; Mr. Md. Shanewaz Khaled, PPM (Seba), DC (Headquarters), KMP; Mr. Mohammad Tazul Islam, DC (North), KMP; Mr. Shafiqul Islam, DC (Prosecution), KMP; Mr. Abul Bashar Mohammad Atiqur Rahman, DC (City SB), KMP; and Mr. Mohammad Anwar Hossain, DC (DB), KMP.

From Community Bank, Mr. Md. Mamun ur Rahman, Head of ADC & MD’s Coordination Team, and Mr. Md. Roqonuzzaman, SAVP and Branch Manager, Khulna Branch, were present along with employees of the Khulna Branch, Sir Iqbal Road (Kalibari) Sub-Branch, and other senior officials of t

he Bank.
