The 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Meghna Bank PLC was held on June 23, 2025, at Madona Tower, 28 Bir Uttam A. K. Khandakar Road, Mohakhali C/A, Dhaka 1212. The meeting was chaired by the respected Chairperson of the Bank, Mrs. Uzma Chowdhury.
Present at the meeting were Mr. Tanveer Ahmed, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Mr. Md. Ali Akther Rezvi, FCA, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Mr. Mohammad Mamunul Hoque, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee. Also in attendance were the Bank’s Independent Directors Mr. Rajab Ali, Mr. M. Nazrul Islam, and Mr. Habibur Rahman, along with the Managing Director and CEO Mr. Kazi Ahsan Khalil, and Acting Company Secretary Mr. Sajib Kumar Saha, FCA, as well as the Bank’s esteemed shareholders.
During the meeting, the Bank reaffirmed its commitment for enhancing banking services, promoting financial inclusion, contributing to the country’s economic development and achieving sustainable growth.
