Metro train services will not operate on the day of Eid-ul-Azha (June 7), according to a statement released today by the Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL).
An official notice released today states that trains will begin operating at 30-minute intervals on June 8 starting at 8:00 am.
According to usual procedure, metro services will resume their regular schedule on public holidays on June 9.
