Upazila administration’s mobile court raids illegal lead factory in Bhaluka

Raihan , Mymensingh Correspondent: The Department of Environment, Mymensingh District and the Upazila Administration of Bhaluka jointly conducted a mobile court in Dubaliapara, Bhaluka Upazila, Mymensingh district to stop the activities of an illegal lead manufacturing factory and impose and collect a fine of seven lakh taka. The mobile court was conducted by Executive Magistrate and Bhaluka Upazila Executive Officer Hasan Abdullah Al Mahmud. The prosecution was provided by Inspector Mahbubul Islam of the Mymensingh District Office of the Department of Environment. A group of police members and Ansar members of Bhaluka Police Station were assigned as the security chief in the mobile court.

Upazila Executive Officer Hasan Abdullah Al Mahmud said that such campaigns will continue in the public interest.
