Sonali Bank signs MoU with BIDA to open Accounts 

Sonali Bank PLC including five government agencies signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) to integrate five services to speed up starting business in Bangladesh.  The MoU was signed at BIDA conference room on Sunday. BIDA executive chairman Chowdhury Ashiq Mahmud Bin Harun attended the signing ceremony as chief guest while Deputy Managing Director of Sonali Bank PLC, Subhash Chandra Das signed the MoU on behalf of the bank. The five necessary services are name clearance, company registration, trade license, TIN certificate and bank account opening. These will be available from BIDA Online One Stop Service (OSS) portal by paying a single application and a one-time fee.
