Submarine cable revenue increases by17 percent

The unaudited financial report for the third quarter that concluded on March 31, 2025, has been made public by the listed business Bangladesh Submarine Cables PLC. In comparison to the same period previous year, the company’s earnings per share grew by 17% during the reviewed quarter.

On Monday, April 21, the board of directors of the firm convened to examine and authorize the third-quarter financial report for the current fiscal year. Sources within the organization disclosed this information.

The company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the third quarter of the current fiscal year (January 25–March 25) were 2 taka 33 paisa. Earnings for the same period last year were 1 taka 99 paisa.

In contrast, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the three quarters of the current fiscal year (July 24–March 25) were 6 taka 83 paisa. The earnings for the same period last year were 8 taka 29 paisa per share.

As of March 31, 2025, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) was Tk 86.41.
