Jamuna Bank announced a 26 percent dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, which includes a cash dividend of 17.50 percent.
This announcement was made during the bank’s 23rd annual general meeting (AGM), conducted virtually from its corporate office in Dhaka, as stated in a press release.
The meeting was chaired by Md Saidul Islam, the bank’s chairman.
Additionally, the AGM ratified the bank’s audited financial statements.
The meeting was attended by all directors, independent directors, the managing director and CEO, the company secretary, and shareholders.
