Northwest A&F University, China delegates member visit BARI

A delegation from the College of International Education, Northwest A&F University (NWAFU), China visit Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI), (09 April, 2025.)

BARI scientists and officers welcomed the China delegation at the time of their arrival. BARI Director General Dr. Md. Abdullah Yousuf Akhond gave a welcome address at DG’s conference room. Senior Scientific Officer (Director General’s office) Dr. Md. Bazlur Rahman gave short brief presentation of BARI. At this time, BARI Director (Research) Dr. Munshi Rashid Ahmad; Director (Training and communication) Dr. Md. Ataur Rahman; Director (Planning & Evaluation) Dr. Md. Abdur Rashid; Director (Horticulture Research Centre) Dr. Faruque Ahmed; Ms. Kang Jile, Vice Dean, College of International Education, NWAFU; Mr. Huang Luwen, Vice Dean, College of Information Engineering, NWAFU; Ms. Wang Hongmei, Vice Dean, College of Economics and Management, NWAFU; Prof. An Xiaopeng, College of Animal Science and Technology, NWAFU; Prof. Fan Lichao, College of Natural Resources and Environment, Northwest A&F University (NWAFU), China were present at this occasion. Senior Scientists from various division/center/section of BARI were present there also.

Later, the delegation visits various laboratories & research field in BARI and expressed their satisfaction by seeing the activities of advancement and achievements of Institute.
