Mentorship Program commences with Jaago Foundation to support young female scholars Standard Chartered Bangladesh has launched a mentorship initiative aimed at empowering young women by fostering resilience and leadership. The program commenced with 25 senior female leaders from the Bank committing to mentor 25 high-potential undergraduate JAAGO Foundation scholars, guiding them on their journey of personal and professional growth over a one-year period.

Through regular interactions, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on guidance, the mentorship program will help young women build self-confidence, develop leadership skills, and gain valuable career insights.
