Fire in aluminum factory in Gazipur

A fire broke out at an aluminum factory in Ward 25 of Gazipur city. The incident occurred at 5:50 pm on Saturday (March 8). Six units of the fire service brought the fire under control after 33 minutes of effort.

Mohammad Mamun, Deputy Assistant Director of Gazipur Fire Service, confirmed the matter.

Locals said that panic prevailed in the area due to the sudden fire. We have not received any reports of casualties in the incident yet. Police said that the local administration and law enforcement agencies are monitoring the situation.

Six fire service units arrived on the scene promptly and are attempting to contain the fire, according to Mohammad Mamun, Deputy Assistant Director of the Gazipur Fire Service. Following the investigation, the cause of the fire and the extent of the damage will be known.
