On the morning of March 03, a colorful rally was held on the occasion of Financial Literacy Day under the initiative of Janata Bank Plc. The rally started from the road in front of the Janata Bank head office and circled the Motijheel-Dilkusha fountain area. Under the leadership of Janata Bank’s Managing Director Md. Mujibur Rahman, DMDs of the bank Md. Golam Mortuza and Md. Faiz Alam and all levels of executive officers and employees participated in the rally.

Note that Financial Inclusion Day is celebrated on the first Monday of March every year as per the guidelines of Bangladesh Bank with the aim of expanding the overall financial inclusion of Bangladesh.
