All price index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the nation’s primary stock market, saw a decrease in trading on the second working day of the week. 230 shares of the companies involved in the transaction fell at the same time. Compared to the previous working day, the volume of transactions dropped even more.

The source claims that the DSE’s main index, “DSEX,” dropped 16.18 points on Monday, March 3. At the moment, the index stands at 5,220 points.
Furthermore, the ‘DS-30’ index dropped 5.16 points to 1,898 points, and another DSE index, ‘DSES,’ dropped 4.13 points to 1,162 points.
381 crore 74 lakh 91 thousand taka worth of shares and units were traded on the DSE today. Traded on the previous working day totaled 421 crore 95 lakh 10,000 taka.
Today, shares and units of 396 companies were traded on the DSE. 98 of the companies involved in the transaction saw price increases, while 230 saw price decreases. Furthermore, there was no change in the prices of the units and shares of 68 companies.
