DSE upgrades two companies to ‘A’ category

The categories of two companies listed on the capital market have improved. The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has upgraded the companies from ‘B’ and ‘Z’ categories to ‘A’ category after the companies completed the distribution of the declared dividends of the two accounting years to investors.

The two companies are Union Insurance Company Limited and Beach Hatchery Limited.

This information was revealed by Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

The companies will trade in ‘A’ category from today, Tuesday (February 11).

However, due to the category change, the DSE has prohibited broker houses and merchant banks from providing credit facilities to the two companies within the next 7 working days. today, Tuesday (February 11).
