The 86th meeting of Shari’ah Supervisory Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. (SJIBPLC) held on 6th February 2025 at the Board meeting room of Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The Chairman of Shari’ah Supervisory Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. Hazrat Maulana Mufti Shahed Rahmani presided over the meeting. The meeting discussed various issues related to Shari’ah compliance in overall Islamic Banking operations.
Among others the Hon’ble Members of Shari’ah Supervisory Committee of the Bank Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdur Rashid, Maulana Muhammad Sadequl Islam, Dr. Mufti Yousuf Sultan, Maulana Shah Mohammad Wali Ullah, the Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, the Company Secretary Mr. Md. Abul Bashar and the Head of Shari’ah Inspection & Compliance Division of the Bank Maulana Md. Farid Uddin were also present in the meeting.
The formal proceedings of the meeting began with the recitation from the Holy Qur’an and the meeting was concluded with Do’a and Munajat and wishing continued prosperity of the bank.
