The 30th Annual General Meeting of Anwar Galvanizing Limited was held today, Wednesday, February 5, 2025 (22 Magh, 1431 Bangla calendar) at 11:30 AM on a virtual platform. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Manwar Hossain.
Among those present were the company’s directors Mr. Hossain Mehmood and Mr. Hossain Khaled, Independent Director Mr. Abul Quasem, Nominated Director Mr. Ataur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director Mr. Waeez R. Hossain, Acting Chief Executive Officer Mr. Md. Abdur Razzak, Group CFO Mr. Babla Basu FCA, Head of Accounts & Finance Mr. Md. Sohel, and Company Secretary Mr. Tauhidul Islam, along with other senior officials of the company.
During the meeting, a proposal to distribute a 10% cash dividend among eligible shareholders was approved.
