On December 22, 2024 AD, Sadharan bima Corporation (SBC) 2024–25 declared a dividend of 50.00 (fifty) crore taka. The Sadharan bima  Corporation’s (SBC) Chairman and Secretary (Retd), Mr. Mohammad Zainul Bari, gave over the position of Hon. Financial Advisor Dr. Salehuddin Ahmed on Sunday. Currently, Mr. Nazma Mobarek, the Financial Institutions Division Secretary, and Mr. Md. In attendance were A.K. Maksudul Ahsan Bhuiyan, Deputy General Manager, Vivekananda Saha, General Manager (Finance), and Harun-or-Rashid, Managing Director (Additional Secretary) of Sadharan bima Corporation. In addition to the dividend, Sadharan bima Corporation paid 246,62,00,000.00 (two hundred forty-six crore sixty-two lakh) taka in income tax and value-added tax to the state treasury during the 2024 fiscal year. It is noteworthy that the government receives regular large dividend payments from the Sadharan bima Corporation(SBC).
