An entrepreneur of Bank Asia Plc, a company listed in the banking sector in the capital market, has announced the transfer of shares.
This information is known from Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) sources.
According to sources, Hosnera Sinha, an entrepreneur in the company, will transfer 30 lakh shares to the company’s corporate promoter Union Capital Limited.
As per Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) approval, the shares will be transferred outside the trading system of DSE within 30 working days from December 9.
